DSERV A Leading Oil & Gas Company, looking for the below positions, who can join immediately with a transferrable visa (NOC preferred),

1. HARD BANDING OPERATOR
   • Operate Hard balancing equipment & familiar with hard barding of drill pipes
   • Experience in carbide Welding (HF3000, FH1000) & hard bander (ARNCO100, 150 & 350XT)
   • Experience in heat treatment (Pre-heat) for hard banding Process
   • Operate Cylindrical grinding machine to remove old hard bandrust maintain/repair as needed.
   • Minimum 3-5 years experience with ITI Technical diploma or Certificate is Preferred.
2. SWAGING OPERATOR
   • Experience in Swaging and expanding of premium connections tubing and casing joints including stress relieving
   • Experience in setting swaging dies and expanding mandrel, including calculation deformation ratio.
   • Experience in Heat Treatment (Stress Reliving) of Tubing & Casings post-Cold Swaging to remove cold stresses.
   • Minimum 3-5 years experience with ITI Technical diploma or Certificate is Preferred.
3. BLASTING OPERATOR
   • Experience in Grit Blasting
   • Experience in Shot peening & Beed Peening on nonmag materials with Rotary Shouldered Connections
   • Hands-on exp. in materials such as Monel K50, 3500, etc, Aluminum Oxide blasting on CRA tubular
   • Minimum 4-5 years experience with ITI technical diploma or certificate is preferred
4. BANDSAW OPERATOR
   • Experience in band saw cutting operation in large band saw machine
   • Experience in the selection of band saw blades for different material grades
   • Knowledge in band saw blade replacement
   • Minimum 3-4 years experience with ITI Technical diploma or Certificate is preferred.
5. SKILLED HELPERS
   • Experience in Manufacturing Industry.
   • Minimum 1-2 years of experience with HSC or technical Certificate is preferred
